DAYS 5, 6 and 7 - DR. FLORAS COLON CLEANSE

Hello everyone,

Well, let me tell you, it has been an extremely busy 3 days. I'm sorry that I haven't been keeping up with the blog. The kids are out of school now for the summer. Its been crazy around these parts.

You know, usually when I feel like I have a lot to do, I can't sleep and I usually end up stressing myself out enough to get really bad headaches. I knew that when I bought the colon cleanser, that it would help with these. To tell you the truth, I wasn't really sure if it would. I just wanted to be healthier and was happy just cleaning out my colon. I am still sleeping very well at night and I have not had one headache. By this time usually, I would have been half way through with a bottle of aleve.

Speaking of cleaning out my colon, my stools have been looking a little funnier. I am not really big on checking out my poop but since I started the colon cleanser, I have to admit I have been looking alot. They are definitely different from before. I haven't had the guts to pick it out of the toilet, but Dr. Floras colon cleanser is definitely working.

I have been drinking the shakes for 7 days now and I can definitely tell a difference within myself. I feel healthier. I also feel like I lost quite a few pounds. I am definitely wanting to start working out. My problem with that is having the time to commit to it. Maybe now that the kids are out of school for the summer I can exercise in the mornings.

DAY 4 - DR. FLORAS COLON CLEANSE

Hello everyone,

It is now day 4 on my Dr. Floras colon cleanse and I am feeling pretty good. I have had great energy all day today. It feels pretty good not feeling worn down and waiting for night fall so I can go to sleep. You know another good thing is... I am not eating as much as I was. I didn't know that it would also be like a diet drink. I know that you can lose weight doing a cleanse, but I thought that it was just from emptying your colon out from all that nasty waste. This is very cool.

I had my colon cleansing drink this morning with orange juice and at lunch time I had my second drink with grape juice. I still prefer the orange juice over cranberry juice or grape juice. I am going to have my last drink for the night in a couple of minutes and I will be having it with O.J.

Hello everyone,

So yesterday I took my colon cleanse drink in the morning and then again at lunch time. I didn't get out to get the cranberry juice, so I used Orange juice again. It is pretty good that way. I did get to the store on my way home and grabbed a few other different juices to try out.

This morning I had my colon cleansing drink with Orange juice. For lunch I tried it with cranberry juice. It was pretty good, but I still prefer the orange juice. I think at dinner time I will have it with O.J. again. I will try a different juice again tomorrow.

I thought that I would be using the bathroom more, since I started the colon cleansing, but It isn't any different than usual so far. This is a very good thing. I have read some reviews where some have had bad reactions to the cleanser that they were using. Like having diarrhea, headaches, loss of energy and a few other things. I know that everybody reacts to things differently, but I just didn't want to take the chance with that one. I found Dr. Floras and listened to the testimonials and read through the entire site. Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse - Whoa! What a taste!

Hello everybody,

I started taking the Dr. Flora’s Colon Cleanse yesterday. I took it first thing in the morning. I only took the colon cleanser once yesterday because I wanted to make sure that my body wasn't going to do anything funny. Everything is going very well so far. I took it again this morning and I will be having another one at lunch time. I want to answer the question that I have seen many times on forums “What does colon cleanse taste like?”. Well, yesterday when I took it in the morning, I mixed the colon cleanse with water. Don't do it. It is far from the tastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. It has a weird taste. It was like taking a big bite out of a cardboard box. Can you picture it? Yeah, not good. But this morning when I had my cleanser juice, I mixed it with Orange juice and it was soooo much better. I am going to try cranberry juice next. I am sure that anything I mix the colon cleanser with now will be great compared to just mixing it with water.
I don't know if I have more energy today because I have decided to do something about my health or if it's the Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse. I feel really good today. I feel so good today that I actually thought about exercising. I don't want to push too much too soon. We will see about the workout later. :)
